Registration

  • All members can register other club members. Family admin can register their "bundle" members. To do either, first complete your own information on the registration form. Then click on the "ADD GUEST" button at the bottom. Follow prompts to add other members. Repeat as needed.

    Note: DO NOT use to register other CTC members.
Registration is closed

You're invited to the annual CTC holiday party, which will be held  at the Environmental Learning Center at Jordan Creek Park. 

A schedule of events follows:

  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm - Pre-party hike at Jordan Creek Park with Sarah VanGilder
  • 3:00 - 4:30 pm - Potluck
  • 4:30 - 6:00 pm - Bingo, Cookie Swap, Prizes

Members are welcome to bring one (1) non-member guest each for $5 each. 

Deadline for registration is Sunday, December 3. 

Bottled water, soda, and coffee will be provided.

Club members can bring dishes to share, as well as their own alcoholic beverages.

There will also be a cookie swap this year. Bring one dozen of your baked cookies (wrapped), and take a different dozen home later.  

We are also looking for volunteers to help us set up and tear down.
